Three Integrated Health Centres serve the outlying quarters of Guneku. The Palace and GUDECA assessed all three, and the assessment was filmed as a documentary series. The statuses below are from that assessment and may have changed since.

Name: Munam Integrated Health Centre
Zone: Lower Guneku
Status: Operational
Detail: A government structure offering general consultations, admission of patients, deliveries and treatment of minor health problems. It serves Munam and the neighbouring village of Sang, and remained functional throughout the crisis years. The USA branch of GUDECA recruited and posted an additional nurse in December 2020 on a renewable three-year contract, adding to the four already there.

Zone: Guneku
Status: Operational, without electricity
Detail: Operating with no electricity supply; a bush lamp is the light source when patients are attended to at night.
Name: Fringyeng Integrated Health Centre
Zone: Upper Guneku
Status: Built, not yet reported as operational
Detail: The assessment found it constructed but not yet in service. In September 2022 the Fon wrote of a newly established healthcare centre in Fringyeng and warned against interfering with it; its present state needs to be confirmed.
