The village

GunekuOn the map
Guneku lies in Mbengwi Subdivision, Momo Division, in the North West Region of Cameroon, reachable by road from Mbengwi and from Bamenda. It shares boundaries with Mbemi, Nyen, Tugi, Zang-Tembeng, Oshie, Mundum and Bafut.
A single point standing for the whole village, not its boundary or surveyed centre.

We do not yet have the boundaries or positions of our quarters, and we will not guess them. All twenty-seven are on the quarters page.

We are still confirming how many schools Guneku has and where each one stands. They will be added when we are sure.
Churches
Guneku has many churches — one survey counted nineteen — and they will be placed once we know exactly where each stands.

Our caves, mountains, waterfalls, hills and springs are many, but we have not yet named and placed them individually. If you can, help us.
