Guneku lies in Mbengwi Subdivision, Momo Division, in the North West Region of Cameroon, reachable by road from Mbengwi and from Bamenda. It shares boundaries with Mbemi, Nyen, Tugi, Zang-Tembeng, Oshie, Mundum and Bafut.
A single point standing for the whole village, not its boundary and not its centre as surveyed. It is the coordinate carried in the legacy village record's own map link for Guneku, Cameroon.

Schools
The record's own editor note flags the school count as unresolved — "4 primary schools, one secondary school" against "two government secondary and seven government primary" — and no individual school has a recorded position. Naming and placing them would compound an unresolved count with invented geography.
Churches
The record says both "as many churches as there are quarters" and enumerates a survey of 19. Neither figure is settled and none is placed.
Caves, waterfalls, mountains, hills and springs
